To complete a project, we mobilize different trades and different service providers. When we work together with teams on several continents, this only increases the number of providers we have to mobilize.
We perform the same operation hundreds of times with hundreds of stakeholders. This represents hundreds of people who are part of the company or suppliers. And this is another source of complexity.
